Editing Your Brand Portal

After creating a Brand Portal you can change everything — from the shop name, logo, and URL slug to the layout, colour theme, search style, and who can see it. Open any portal and tap Edit to access the full portal editor.

stepByStep

1

Open the portal editor

Go to Brand Portal in the sidebar. Find the portal you want to change and tap the three-dot menu (⋮) → Edit. The editor opens with all current settings pre-filled.

2

Change portal name, slug, and logo

In the Brand Info section, update the portal name (shown in the browser tab), the URL slug (the part after your domain, e.g. /shop/my-store), and upload a new logo. Square logos at least 200×200 px look best.

3

Choose a layout style

Under Appearance → Layout, pick one of three options: Grid (2–3 column product tiles, default), List (vertical single-column cards with more detail), or Full Width (large hero-style cards, great for fashion and décor).

4

Set the search type

Under Appearance → Search, choose Basic (text search by name/SKU), Advanced (text + filters for category, price range, colour), or AI (natural-language search powered by AI — e.g. customers can type "blue cotton kurti under ₹500"). AI search is available on the Plus and Pro plans.

5

Configure pagination

Under Appearance → Pagination, select Load More Button (shows a "Load more" button at the bottom), Infinite Scroll (loads products automatically as the customer scrolls), or Pages (classic numbered pages). Load More Button works best for mobile.

6

Pick a colour theme

Under Appearance → Theme, choose from 8 presets: Default (white/grey), Midnight (dark background), Saffron (warm orange-gold), Ocean (cool blue), Forest (muted green), Rose Gold (pink-champagne), Slate (grey-blue), and Terracotta (earthy red). Each theme adjusts buttons, backgrounds, and text colours automatically.

7

Add social links

Under Contact & Social, add links to your WhatsApp business number (wa.me link), Instagram handle, Facebook page, YouTube channel, or website. These appear as icons at the bottom of your portal.

8

Set access control

Under Access Control, choose Public (anyone with the link can view), Password Protected (visitors must enter a password you set), or Quote Only (products show without prices; customers must tap "Request Quote" to enquire). Then toggle Publish on or off to make the portal live or take it offline.

proTips

Pick the Saffron or Terracotta theme for a traditional Indian handicraft or textile shop — the warm tones match the aesthetic well.
Use AI search if you have more than 100 products; it helps customers describe what they want instead of guessing exact product names.
Set access to Password Protected for a private B2B or wholesale portal that you share only with specific buyers.
The URL slug cannot contain spaces or special characters — use hyphens (e.g. rajesh-saree-house).
After saving edits, tap "Open Portal" to preview the live portal exactly as customers see it before sharing.
