The Customers section helps you build and manage your regular customer base. Add customers with their name, phone number, and email, search them instantly during checkout, track their full purchase history, and see which loyalty tier they belong to — Regular, VIP, or Premium — based on how much they have spent at your shop.
Quick steps
1Open the Customers list
Go to POS → Customers. You see all registered customers sorted by name. Each row shows the customer's name, phone number, loyalty tier badge, and total lifetime spend.
2Add a new customer
Tap "Add Customer" (+ button). Fill in the customer's name (required), mobile number (required for WhatsApp invoice), email address (optional), and any notes. Tap Save. The customer is immediately available in POS checkout search.
3Search for a customer
Use the search bar at the top of the Customers list. Type the customer's name or phone number — the list filters instantly. During checkout you can also search from the "Select Customer" panel in the cart.
Tips
•Ask customers for their mobile number the first time they buy — once saved, future invoices take just one tap to send.
•VIP and Premium customers are your highest-value buyers — consider giving them special discounts or early access to new stock.
