POS Customers
The Customers section helps you build and manage your regular customer base. Add customers with their name, phone number, and email, search them instantly during checkout, track their full purchase history, and see which loyalty tier they belong to — Regular, VIP, or Premium — based on how much they have spent at your shop.
stepByStep
Open the Customers list
Go to POS → Customers. You see all registered customers sorted by name. Each row shows the customer's name, phone number, loyalty tier badge, and total lifetime spend.

Understand loyalty tiers
Customers are automatically assigned a tier based on their total purchase amount at your store: Regular (₹0 to ₹9,999 lifetime spend), VIP (₹10,000 to ₹49,999), or Premium (₹50,000 and above). Tiers update automatically as customers spend more.

Distinguish walk-in vs registered customers
Walk-in customers are orders completed without selecting a customer — common for one-time buyers. Registered customers have a saved profile and accumulate purchase history and loyalty tier progress. Encourage regulars to register so you can track their spending and send invoices easily.

Edit a customer profile
Tap a customer's name, then tap the Edit icon (pencil). Update their name, phone number, email, or address. Changes apply to future orders; existing orders retain the old information.
