POS Dashboard
The POS Dashboard is your starting point for in-store selling. Activate your POS once, set your store name and location, pick which warehouse to sell from, and you are ready to start billing customers. Everything you need — sales, orders, customers, and inventory — is one tap away from the dashboard.
POS Cart & Checkout
The POS cart is where you build each customer's bill. Search or scroll to add products, adjust quantities (including halves and quarters for weight-based items), select the customer, pick a payment method, and complete the order. WhatsApp invoice and UPI QR code sharing are built right into the checkout flow.
POS Orders
POS Orders gives you a complete record of every sale made through your store. Filter by date range or order status, drill into any order to see itemised details, and track your daily and monthly revenue — all in one place.
POS Customers
The Customers section helps you build and manage your regular customer base. Add customers with their name, phone number, and email, search them instantly during checkout, track their full purchase history, and see which loyalty tier they belong to — Regular, VIP, or Premium — based on how much they have spent at your shop.
POS Inventory
POS Inventory shows you the real-time stock available across your warehouses (WH1 to WH4). See exact quantities per warehouse, filter by category, view total inventory value, and understand how each completed POS sale automatically reduces stock from the mapped warehouse.
POS Analytics
POS Analytics gives you a clear picture of how your shop is performing. Select a time period to see total sales, total orders, and average order value. Discover your best-selling products and understand which payment methods your customers prefer most.
Stock Intake from Invoice / PO
Stock Intake lets you update warehouse quantities by photographing or uploading a supplier invoice or purchase order (PO). AI vision reads the document, extracts each line item (SKU, product name, quantity, unit, price), and proposes the stock additions. You review the list, confirm, and the system updates stock in the mapped warehouse instantly.
UPI Payments
Bharat Studio generates a dynamic UPI QR code at checkout showing your UPI ID and the exact amount due — no need for a separate QR code device or printed poster. Set up your UPI ID once, and customers can scan directly from your screen or receive the QR on WhatsApp. Your UPI ID is stored securely on your device only.
WhatsApp Integration
Bharat Studio connects directly with WhatsApp for three key workflows: sending UPI payment QR codes to customers who are not in-store, delivering invoices after checkout, and sharing product information as click-to-chat links. No WhatsApp Business API account is required — it works through the standard WhatsApp Share feature on your phone.
Warehouse Mapping
Bharat Studio supports up to four warehouses (WH1, WH2, WH3, WH4) per workspace. Each POS store is mapped to one warehouse — whenever a sale is completed, stock is automatically deducted from that warehouse. Setting the correct warehouse mapping during POS activation ensures your inventory counts stay accurate.
Uploading a Product
Adding a product takes less than a minute. Take a photo with your phone camera or pick one from your gallery, and the AI automatically detects the product type, fills in the title, category, colour, material, and key attributes. All you need is a clear photo.
Bulk Import
Bulk Import lets you add hundreds of products at once using a CSV spreadsheet or a ZIP file of product images. Once uploaded, the system processes each product in the background — you can close the browser and come back later. A progress indicator shows you exactly how many products have been processed.
Product Detail & Editing
The product detail page is your workspace for perfecting a listing. Edit all product fields, view AI-generated previews for 8 marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, eBay, Etsy, WhatsApp, Meta, and Shopify), manage product images, change product status, and re-run AI enrichment at any time.
Product Detail Page
The Product Detail Page (PDP) is a mobile-first master data editor for every field on a product. It organises all fields into 11 collapsible sections — tap any section header to expand it, fill in the fields, and tap Save. You can also toggle the product between Active and Draft, add images straight from your camera, and manage custom attributes for any extra data that does not fit the standard fields.
Searching & Filtering the Catalog
The Catalog page lets you quickly find any product by name, SKU, brand, or category. Use filters to show only products of a certain status, and sort by date added, price, or name. The catalog handles thousands of products — search and filters make it easy to find what you need instantly.
Social Creative Generator
The Social Creative Generator turns your product photos into ready-to-share promotional images for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook in seconds. Pick a product, choose a template style, add your shop contact details, and download or share the image directly — no design skills needed.
Enrichment Types
Bharat Studio offers seven AI enrichment types that transform your product photos into professional marketing assets. Each type is built for a different purpose — from marketplace-ready catalog images to social media posts, virtual try-on, and digital portfolios. Credits are consumed per enrichment run.
Exports & Downloads
The Downloads page lets you export your product catalog in multiple formats: CSV or XLSX spreadsheets for marketplaces, image ZIP archives, or a bundle ZIP containing both the spreadsheet and images in the correct folder structure for Flipkart, Meesho, or Amazon bulk upload. All past exports are saved in your download history for 7 days.
Editing Your Brand Portal
After creating a Brand Portal you can change everything — from the shop name, logo, and URL slug to the layout, colour theme, search style, and who can see it. Open any portal and tap Edit to access the full portal editor.
Company Settings
Company Settings stores your business identity — name, phone, address, and GSTIN. It also controls which currency all prices are displayed in across POS, catalog, brand portal, and invoices. Take 2 minutes to fill this in before adding any products.
BYOK — Bring Your Own API Key
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets you plug in your own AI provider API keys so that AI enrichments, image generation, and listing creation use your personal subscription instead of Bharat Studio plan credits. Your keys are stored only in your browser and never sent to Bharat Studio servers.
Connected Accounts & API Keys
Connected Accounts is the central place to manage external integrations. Add your own AI provider API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Grok) so AI enrichments use your own subscription instead of Bharat Studio plan credits. You can also connect Google Drive for cloud file import and Dropbox for photo batch uploads.
Support Tickets
The Support page lets you raise a help request directly with the Bharat Studio team. Create a ticket for any issue, feature request, or question. The team typically responds within 4 business hours for High and Urgent tickets and within 1 business day for others.
Language Settings
Bharat Studio supports 12 languages including 8 Indian regional languages. Switching language changes the entire app interface and tells the AI to generate product content in that language too. The language selector is available in both the top header bar and the sidebar footer.
Currency Settings
Bharat Studio supports 35 currencies and defaults to Indian Rupee (INR ₹). The selected currency is used everywhere — product prices, POS totals, invoices, brand portal, and exports. Changing currency updates the symbol instantly but does not convert existing price values.
