Searching & Filtering the Catalog

The Catalog page lets you quickly find any product by name, SKU, brand, or category. Use filters to show only products of a certain status, and sort by date added, price, or name. The catalog handles thousands of products — search and filters make it easy to find what you need instantly.

stepByStep

1

Open the Catalog page

Tap "Catalog" in the sidebar. The page loads with all your products in a grid (mobile) or table (desktop). By default, products are sorted by most recently added first.

2

Search by name, SKU, or brand

Tap the search bar at the top and type any keyword. The results update as you type. You can search by product name (e.g. "cotton saree"), SKU (e.g. "SAR-001"), brand name, or a word from the description.

proTips

Search is case-insensitive — searching for "Silk" and "silk" gives the same results.
Use SKU search when you need to find a specific product quickly during a sale or stock check.
Combine a status filter with a search term for precise results — e.g. show only Active products containing "denim".
On desktop, switch to Table view (list icon) to see more products at once and compare prices side by side.
If you have seasonal products, tag them with a consistent category (e.g. "Diwali 2024") so you can filter them quickly next season.
