Social Creative Generator

The Social Creative Generator turns your product photos into ready-to-share promotional images for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook in seconds. Pick a product, choose a template style, add your shop contact details, and download or share the image directly — no design skills needed.

Open the Social Creative Generator

In the sidebar, tap Enrichment → Social Creative Generator, or tap the "Social" shortcut on the Enrichment hub page. The generator opens with platform selector tabs at the top.

Choose your platform

Tap the platform you want to create content for: WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook. Each platform has its own set of templates optimised for that format — for example, WhatsApp uses a square card format, Instagram a tall portrait or Reels-style frame, and Facebook a landscape banner.

Select a product

Tap "Choose Product" and search or browse your catalog. Select the product you want to feature. The generator loads the product image, title, and price automatically. You can swap the product at any time without losing your template choice.

Pick a template style

Browse the style presets: Minimal, Bold, Festive, Sale, New Arrival, Premium, and Desi. Tap any preset to preview it with your product. Each preset changes the background, font style, and colour palette. Swipe to see all available templates.

Add your contact info

Enter your WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, or website URL in the Contact Info section. This information appears on the creative as a call-to-action (e.g. "Order on WhatsApp: 98XXXXXXXX"). Your contact details are saved and pre-filled next time.

Preview and adjust

The live preview updates instantly as you change template, product, or contact info. Tap "Edit text" to change the headline or subheadline. Tap "Edit colours" to override the template palette with your brand colours.

Download or share

Tap "Download" to save the image to your device. Tap "Share" to use your phone's native share sheet — you can send it directly to WhatsApp contacts, a WhatsApp group, or your Instagram story. On desktop, "Download" saves a PNG file.

proTips

•The "Festive" and "Sale" templates work especially well during Diwali, Eid, Holi, or end-of-season sales.

•Save your WhatsApp number once in the Contact Info section — it will be pre-filled for every creative you make.

•For Instagram Stories and Reels covers, choose the Portrait template (9:16 ratio) for best results.

•Use the "Bold" preset when you want the price or discount to stand out. Use "Minimal" for premium or luxury products.

•You can create multiple creatives for the same product (different templates) and A/B test which gets more WhatsApp replies.
