Product Detail & Editing

The product detail page is your workspace for perfecting a listing. Edit all product fields, view AI-generated previews for 8 marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, eBay, Etsy, WhatsApp, Meta, and Shopify), manage product images, change product status, and re-run AI enrichment at any time.

Open a product

From the Catalog page, tap any product card to open its detail view. The top section shows the product image carousel, and below it are the editable fields and the marketplace preview panel.

Edit product fields

Tap any field — title, brand, colour, material, price, MRP, SKU, category, or description — to edit it directly. Changes are saved automatically as you type. Tap the AI wand icon (✦) next to any field to let the AI rewrite just that value.

Manage product images

Swipe the image carousel to browse all attached photos. Tap "Add image" to upload additional photos. Press and hold any image thumbnail (or tap the drag handle on desktop) to reorder images. The first image is used as the main thumbnail.

View marketplace previews

Scroll down to the marketplace preview panel. Tap any of the 8 marketplace icons (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, eBay, Etsy, WhatsApp, Meta, Shopify) to see how your listing would appear on that platform. Each preview uses that marketplace's specific format and character limits.

Check readiness badges

Each marketplace icon shows a coloured dot: green (ready — all required fields are filled), yellow (warning — some optional fields missing), red (not ready — required fields missing). Fix the highlighted fields to turn all dots green.

Change product status

Scroll to the Status field. Tap to change between Draft (only you can see it), Active (visible in POS and share links), and Archived (hidden from all views without deleting). Set to Active only when the listing is complete and accurate.

Re-run AI enrichment

Tap the "Enrich" button (sparkles icon) at the top right to re-generate all AI content for this product. You can also enrich just one marketplace's listing by tapping the regenerate icon within that marketplace preview.

Generate AI images

Tap "Create Images" to open the image generation panel. Choose a visual intent (plain background, lifestyle shot, festive theme, etc.) and tap Generate. The AI creates a new product image which is added to your image carousel.

proTips

•Fill in the SKU, brand, and category fields for best results — the AI uses them to craft more accurate marketplace-specific copy.

•The WhatsApp marketplace preview shows exactly what your product card looks like when shared on WhatsApp Business.

•After editing, tap the Flipkart or Amazon preview to verify the title fits within their character limits before exporting.

•Archiving a product hides it from POS and share links but keeps all its data. Use Archive instead of Delete when unsure.

•A product set to Active with all green readiness badges is ready to export to any marketplace without edits.
