Uploading a Product

Adding a product takes less than a minute. Take a photo with your phone camera or pick one from your gallery, and the AI automatically detects the product type, fills in the title, category, colour, material, and key attributes. All you need is a clear photo.

stepByStep

1

Open the upload screen

Tap "Add Product" (the large + button at the bottom of the screen) or go to Upload in the sidebar. You will see options to use your rear camera, front camera, or pick from your device gallery.

2

Take a photo or select from gallery

Tap "Camera" to open your device camera and take a photo, or tap "Gallery" to browse your saved photos. For best results, place the product on a plain white or light-coloured surface before photographing.

3

Wait for AI category detection

After the image is uploaded, the AI identifies the product type — for example "Women's Kurti", "Gold Earrings", or "Cotton Saree". This takes 2–5 seconds. You can correct the detected category if it is wrong.

4

Review AI-extracted attributes

The AI fills in colour, material, brand (if visible), estimated price range, and a short description. Review each field. Tap any field to edit it. Tap the AI wand icon next to a field to regenerate just that value.

5

Set your price and SKU

Enter your selling price (the AI suggests a range based on the product type). Add a SKU or product code if you have one — this is useful for inventory tracking. MRP and discount are optional.

6

Add more images (optional)

Tap "Add more images" to attach up to 10 photos of the same product (different angles, colours, or packaging). Multiple images improve AI enrichment quality and give customers a better view.

7

Save the product

Tap "Save" to create the product. It appears in your catalog with status "Draft". The system also queues a background job to generate full marketplace previews for all 8 platforms.

8

Use your own API key (BYOK)

If you have your own OpenAI API key, go to Settings → Account → API Keys and paste it under "OpenAI Key". When set, your key is used for AI extraction during upload and your plan enrichment credits are not consumed.

proTips

Shoot against a plain white or light background — it dramatically improves AI accuracy for colour and material detection.
If the AI gets the category wrong, correct it before saving. The rest of the attributes are re-generated based on the corrected category.
Supported image formats are JPG, PNG, and WebP. Maximum file size is 20 MB per image. HEIC photos from iPhone are automatically converted.
You can upload up to 10 images per product. The first image is used as the thumbnail.
Adding a SKU during upload saves time later — it makes exports and inventory tracking much easier.
