POS Dashboard

The POS Dashboard is your starting point for in-store selling. Activate your POS once, set your store name and location, pick which warehouse to sell from, and you are ready to start billing customers. Everything you need — sales, orders, customers, and inventory — is one tap away from the dashboard.

stepByStep

1

Open POS from the sidebar

Tap the "POS" section in the left sidebar. If this is your first time, you will see the POS activation screen. If already activated, you will land on the POS Sales screen.

2

Activate POS for the first time

Tap "Activate POS". Enter your store name (e.g. "Ravi Cloth House – Main Branch"), your store address, and select the city or state. These details appear on customer invoices.

3

Select a warehouse

During activation, choose which warehouse (WH1, WH2, WH3, or WH4) this POS store will sell from. Stock will be deducted from the selected warehouse when orders are completed. You can change this later in POS Settings.

proTips

Set your store name to the exact shop name customers know — it appears at the top of every WhatsApp invoice.
Choose the warehouse that physically holds the stock you are selling from. Wrong warehouse selection causes incorrect stock counts.
If you run multiple counters or branches, activate POS separately on each device and assign each a different warehouse.
The dashboard "Today's Sales" tile updates in real time as each order is completed — great to glance at during a busy day.
Complete your company GSTIN in Settings → Account → Company before activating POS so invoices are GST-compliant from day one.
