Company Settings

Company Settings stores your business identity — name, phone, address, and GSTIN. It also controls which currency all prices are displayed in across POS, catalog, brand portal, and invoices. Take 2 minutes to fill this in before adding any products.

stepByStep

1

Open Company Settings

Tap the Settings icon (⚙) in the sidebar → Account → Company. The Company Information form opens.

2

Enter your business name and phone

Type your registered business name (or shop name) in the "Company Name" field. Enter the primary phone number customers use to reach you. This number appears on invoices and your brand portal.

3

Add your business address

Fill in your full address: street / locality, city, state, PIN code. This is printed on GST invoices and used to pre-fill shipping origin for marketplace exports.

4

Enter your GSTIN (if applicable)

If you are GST-registered, enter your 15-digit GSTIN. It will appear on every invoice you generate via POS. Leave blank if you are under the ₹40 lakh threshold or unregistered.

Select your currency

Scroll to the Currency field and tap the dropdown. Choose from 35 supported currencies. INR (₹) is selected by default. All product prices, POS totals, orders, and exports will show in this currency after saving.

proTips

Fill in your company name before activating POS — it appears at the top of every invoice you send to customers.
Your GSTIN is printed on invoices in 10-point text as required by GST rules. Double-check the 15-digit format (e.g. 27AAAAA0000A1Z5).
If you sell internationally, set currency to USD or AED for that workspace and keep a separate INR workspace for domestic sales.
The UPI ID in Company Settings is the same one used for the POS QR code — keep it updated if you change your UPI handle.
Changing currency does not auto-convert existing product prices. Review and update prices manually after a currency change.
