Exports & Downloads

The Downloads page lets you export your product catalog in multiple formats: CSV or XLSX spreadsheets for marketplaces, image ZIP archives, or a bundle ZIP containing both the spreadsheet and images in the correct folder structure for Flipkart, Meesho, or Amazon bulk upload. All past exports are saved in your download history for 7 days.

Open the Downloads page

Tap "Downloads" in the sidebar. The page shows your export history — a list of all previously generated files with their format, creation date, expiry date, and a Download button. New exports appear at the top of the list.

Start a new export

Tap "New Export" at the top right. A dialog opens with four format options: CSV, XLSX, Image ZIP, and Bundle ZIP. Select the format you need and tap Next.

Export as CSV

Choose "CSV" and select which products to include: All Active, a specific category, or a manual selection. Choose which columns to include (title, SKU, price, description, images, etc.). Tap "Generate" — the CSV is ready in a few seconds.

Export as XLSX (marketplace-formatted)

Choose "XLSX" and select a marketplace template: Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, or Generic. The XLSX file is pre-formatted with that marketplace's required column headers, data validations, and field-length limits. Select your products and tap "Generate".

Export as image ZIP

Choose "Image ZIP" and select which image type to export: original uploaded images, catalog-polished images (white background), or lifestyle enrichment images. Each image is renamed to the product SKU. Tap "Generate" — large catalogs may take 1–2 minutes.

Export as bundle ZIP

A bundle ZIP contains the XLSX file and an images folder in the exact structure expected by Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or Amazon. Use this when doing a bulk listing upload on those platforms. Select the marketplace, choose products, and tap "Generate".

Download the export file

Once the export is generated, tap the "Download" button next to it in the history list. The file is saved to your device's Downloads folder. Export files remain available for 7 days before they are automatically deleted.

Share via WhatsApp or Web Share

Next to any export in the list, tap the WhatsApp icon to open WhatsApp with a link to the file pre-filled. Tap the Share icon to use your device's native Web Share sheet and send the file via any app (email, Telegram, Google Drive, etc.).

proTips

•Use the Bundle ZIP for Flipkart and Meesho — it saves the step of matching images to rows manually in their seller portal.

•Export links expire after 7 days. Download or forward them promptly. If a link has expired, generate a new export — your product data has not changed.

•For large catalogs (500+ products), image ZIP generation can take several minutes. You will get a notification when it is ready.

•The XLSX template for each marketplace is updated when those platforms change their requirements. Always generate a fresh XLSX rather than reusing an old file.

•If you only need images for a few products, select them from the Catalog page (tap checkboxes) and use the bulk export action at the bottom — it is faster than generating a full catalog export.
